We are seeking an associate to join our team three days a week with the option to increase to full-time hours. This position is for someone looking to work with clients in person out of our office, based in Olds, Alberta.
The primary focus at our clinic is healing trauma and promoting secure, resilient relationships with individuals, couples and families.
We would be a great fit for a social worker or psychologist who is looking for a positive and supportive team.

What We’re Looking For From You:
You work to stay trauma-informed and practice with an attachment framework.
You build rapport with clients quickly and help them feel at ease.
You value quality supervision and adhering to your code of ethics and standards of practice.
You stay on top of your own mental health by engaging in self-care and attending your own therapy when needed.
You are registered with either Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW) or College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) and, a member in good standing.
You’re willing to work at least 15 client hours per week, including evenings (some daytime shifts are available but preference is given to those looking for evening shifts.
You are trained or willing to be trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy.
You are respectful and welcoming of all people regardless of gender, sexual orientation, cultural background, ethnicity, etc.
You desire to set roots and grow with our company.
You are committed to continued learning (training, consultations, team meetings, etc.).
You possess Professional Liability Insurance or willingness to obtain insurance.
You demonstrate professionalism and effective case management skills (e.g., timely reports).
You seek community and enjoy developing relationships with people.
You are conscientious, not afraid to be vulnerable and believe in being a life-long learner.
