Before you worry: nothing about your care is changing. You’ll still be working with the same therapists, in the same warm and welcoming environment. What’s evolving is the way we represent who we are — and more importantly, why we do this work.

Over the years, our practice has grown. What began as a clinician-led space has become a deeply collaborative, boutique team of therapists focused on helping individuals, couples, and families reconnect with themselves and each other in meaningful, lasting ways.

Our new name, Canopy Cove, reflects the feelings we hope every client experiences here:
The sheltered feeling of a tree canopy on a warm day, grounded in support, growth and interconnectedness.
The calm of an inlet or cove, a refuge when life feels overwhelming or out of sync.
Together, Canopy Cove symbolizes a practice that holds space for deep healing — without rushing, without judgment, and never alone.
